POSTLOOM SUPPORT

A little help.

Make your first stamp

Tap Camera to capture a moment, Choose photo to import one, or Try a sample to explore. Pick a frame, adjust its look, and tap the checkmark to save.

Create a collection or rename a stamp

Tap the collection heading, then New collection. Open a collection and choose Add stamps. Open a stamp and tap the pencil beside its name. Removing a collection keeps its photos in All stamps.

Put a capture on the map

In Camera, enable Add location and allow location access. A fresh fix may take a few moments. If location is off or unavailable, the stamp still saves. Open Map and add a place manually with place search or a map tap. Postloom does not guess a location for old photos without GPS.

Decorate your wall

Add stamps, decorations, text, icons, emoji, or a sketch. Drag a piece to move it. Use the corner handles or pinch and rotate. Hold it for Lock in place, Duplicate, Arrange, and Remove. Use Draw for pencil, pen, marker, and eraser. Tap a drawing and choose Draw to change its strokes.

Save or share

Open a stamp and tap Export. PNG keeps a transparent edge; JPEG uses a background. A wall exports as PNG. Finished exports include a small Postloom logo and wordmark in the bottom-right corner. Save to Photos, save to Files, or use Share. If saving is denied, review Photos permission in system Settings. Wait for a success message before leaving the export screen.

Keep your memories safe

This version stores its library locally. Keep Postloom installed, use your normal device backup, and export important keepsakes. There is no cross-device library sync or full-library backup feature in this release.
